- How do we book? And what happens next?

It’s easy!

Head to the Packages page and select your preferred package as well as your wedding date. Don't forget to write me a few fun words about yourselves as well! From there I'll be notified of your booking and we can arrange a time and place for a coffee/cocktail or a zoom and I can get to know all about you two and your amazing wedding plans.

After that it's as easy as placing a deposit, signing the paperwork, and we're ready for some photos!

- Can we meet you?

Yes! I’d love to meet you before the big day over a cup of coffee or a cocktail/glass of wine, whatever your vibe is, I’m there for it!

All my wedding packages include a meeting with me. If you're not in Melbourne or living your busiest life, then we can always meet over zoom or another call of your choice.

 

- How would you describe your "process"?

umm... fun! Honestly, I prioritise you two having the best time ever and actually enjoying your wedding day above everything else. Couples often say I'm fun, relaxed and ready for anything, and that I make them feel totally comfortable in front of the camera (even when they thought they'd be totally awkward!)
When it comes to taking photos, I prefer to simply steer you in the direction of a great moment and let the good photos unfold.

This results in a lot of candid and genuine photos that I think are the real gold mine of your wedding galleries.

However, I will definitely let you know if your flys down or tell your rowdy uncle to get a move on if family photos are keeping you from the D-floor!

 

- Do you travel? Where are you based? What does it cost?

Yes I love travelling! It's how I started my photography journey after all.

(Domestic) I’m located in Melbourne’s inner-east but love and even prefer to shoot outside the city area. If you are within 2 hours of the CBD there are no extra travel fees. Otherwise there might just be a small charge to cover some fuel and a place to sleep after I'm finished snapping some amazing pics for you!

 

(Interstate/International) Planning a destination wedding? I’d love to be your photographer! For the 2025/26 season I’m offering a “no travel fee” offer on certain weddings. Please get in touch via the booking page or email to learn more.

- Can you recommend us some other great vendors?

Absolutely, please ask away! There are so many talented vendors in this industry from celebrants and MC's to Dj's and musos, venues, tailors, the list goes on!

- Are there any hidden fees/costs?

Never!

 

- When can we expect our photos to be delivered?

I take the time to perfectly craft every single image you see in your final wedding gallery. There are no off-shore outsourced editing shenanigans going on here. This very personalised process usually takes about 8 to 12 weeks depending if we're in the silly season or not, at which point you will receive a stunning gallery of images that I promise you'll love forever. No detail goes untouched on my end.

I always send you some sneak peeks the day after your wedding though, that way you have some awesome photos to share and brag about. (Sometimes I might even send you a photo out of the blue just because it’s blown my mind and I can't resist)

 

- How many photos will we receive?

There are a lot of factors that can impact how many photos you receive such as how long I’m booked for, how many guests you have, how many locations we travel to, what the weather’s doing, etc. For this reason I prefer to simply set a minimum amount of photos you are guaranteed, but from there I will always deliver every single beautiful image I possibly can, with nothing ever held back from you. I will never pad out your gallery with images that would do a disservice to how amazing your special day was, just to fill a quota. Every image you receive is delivered with purpose, to tell the story of your special day.

- Can we print our photos?

Absolutely! Every couple should have some physical copies of their favourite photos around their house, it just feels so different to see and touch them in person, it really does. Each gallery has a personalised print store attached to it where you can order albums, wall art or small prints. I then leave the printing to the specialists (Atkins Lab over in Adelaide to be precise) who do an incredible job ensuring every print you order from your gallery is of the most premium quality. You are also more than welcome to take your photos to a print lab of your choice :)

 

- Do I give RAW/Unedited/Original files?

Unfortunately no. Every image undergoes a meticulous editing stage before delivery and showing you the image before this process is complete (or has even started) is really not as exciting or interesting as anyone might think.

 

- Do you use a Drone?

Yes! I provide access to professional level drone coverage at no extra charge. Some venues do have restrictions though so it’s best we discuss it beforehand.

- Should we book an engagement session?

Absolutely! It's the best way to get to know each other before the wedding day, you get to see what works best for you PLUS you get some beautiful photographs to boot which can be super handy for your wedding invites, wedding websites or your new instagram profile pic.

 

- Where can we go for my engagement session?

I have a list of favourite spots but always love to explore new locations! Got somewhere in mind? Just let me know.

 

- What happens if it rains?

We take some crazy beautiful and unique photos, that's what! If there's one thing I learnt from years of experience, it's that bad weather makes for the best photos. Don’t believe me? I'll prove it to ya.

 

- What happens if we need to re-schedule!

If your special day needs a re-schedule or postponement for any unfortunate reason (is that spicy cough still around?) then here's the plan:

Re-scheduling? Let’s find a date that's mutually agreeable for both of us and carry on like nothing’s happened, there will be no extra charges or fees for rescheduling.

Cancellations? Hasn’t happened yet! But if you are the first, I’ll refund any monies paid minus your non-refundable deposit as laid out in the agreement.
(All rescheduling is discussed in detail in the agreement you sign when you book, but this is the jist of it here.)
